Also confirming this. I added a release after the fact, for historical purposes, and there is no way to set the release date. So at present it looks like 0.10 came out before 0.9.

  I think that's especially important since jamesh is currently working on a tool that will automatically create tons of releases. So we should avoid polluting the database with bogus release dates. IMO, being unable to say "unknown release date" should even be a blocker.
