@Cirilo: I can't image importing IDF, as mecha CAD model contains injection moulded plastic part, not the PCB+components. The order is:
i mechanic (inj.moulding plastic) designer defines space for electronic components based on our discussion (connector placement, mounting hole placement, room/height needed for particular components)
ii electr.designer makes PCB with component models, then exports PCB to WRML
iii mechanic imports WRML to CAD to check if all fits. If not, ii and iii repeating.

If plastic parts should be displayable somehow (making sections?) that would be fine, but it is a too long way to go.
