confirmed on Win32 Inkscape20225
- I open the attached .gif file, copy it to the clipboard, paste it into Inkscape and get the crash message :

C:\Python25\APP>inkcl.py
return code: -1073741819

(inkscape.exe:392): Gtk-WARNING **: Could not find the icon 'edit-select-all'. T
he 'hicolor' theme
was not found either, perhaps you need to install it.
You can get a copy from:
        http://icon-theme.freedesktop.org/releases
