I can confirm this under Windows 7 64bits too, both for 0.92 pre 2 and the recently released pre 3
Not really sure what triggers it, but the HSL hue slider becomes 'corrupted' whowing wrong colors, and an additional label-less color slider becomes visible.
using gradients certainly seems to trigger it, some times clicking a gradient stops also makes the hue slider appear regular for a bit, but then it goes back to being corrupted.
