More bug fixes to the dockerized build system

Ubuntu building using docker works again. Fixed multiple issues:

* unmounting and kill docker instances upon exit
* versioning modularization/automization
* ssh keying works again
* docker COPY instead of ADD (the latter extracts tar automatically)

Changed d-bus dependency to d-bus-glibc

Apparently the low-level library for d-bus is not recommended because
the glib version is more developer friendly.

Solve the compilation problem.

The compiler complains "const struct in6_addr has no member named s6_addr32",
adding _BSD_SOURCE fixed this problem.

Re-enabled "shotgun" extension for hipconf

The shotgun extension sends multiple I1/UPDATE messages to find a
working address pair. Somebody disabled the extension in hipconf, but
just partially. This commit re-enables the shotgun functionality (which
seems to working as reported in bug report lp:592177).

Add "hipconf pair <ip or hostname>" command, an appropriate user message,
and the necessary code in hipd (hipd/netdev.c:hip_netdev_pair()) to establish
the following pairing mechanism:

With only the destination IP specified by the user, send an I1 message there
with an unspecified destination HIT (opportunistic mode), causing a base
exchange. As a result, a host association between the two nodes is
created, enabling this information to be used for pairing two nodes (PiSA
project).

Add option for enabling modules.

It is now possible to enable modules (which are disabled by default) with -E modulename.
In order to enable multiple modules use "-E module1 -E module2".
