Put all the GUI code under the GPLv3. I've tried to email the original author, but have not heard anything from him. To the best I can tell, (IANAL) I can license my code that uses his Artistic License v2 code under the GPLv3. If that is not so, I am willing to go to the Artistic License v2. |
