Problem still exists here.
 - Ran gwibber.
 - Moved it to the bottom left, resized the toolbar.
 - Killed gwibber.
 - Ran gwibber.

And gwibber was still opening top right. I thought this might be a one-off but repeated that cycle twice more and it still opens top-right.
