Patches to add a timepicker to the specific due date input on the webstaff checkout page are available in the branch user/gmcharlt/lp1552778_webstaff_hourly_loans:

Some things to note:

[1] This branch also includes a patch for bug 1789442.
[2] This branch is surprisingly invasive, as it includes a fix for clean[se]_ISO8601 to copies it over from OpenSRF to Evergreen. Consequently, while I have added rel_3_0 and rel_3_1 targets, I recommend that it /not/ be backported until there's been some production use of 3.2.x.
