elementary: Fix issue of trying to init ecore_wl2 if DISPLAY is set

Small patch to fix an issue that Derek brought up ... that is
basically, if you try:

WAYLAND_DEBUG=1 WAYLAND_DISPLAY=wayland-0 terminology while inside an
X11 environment, then elm_config would try to initialize ecore_wl2
even when running under X11.

add note about maintenance status

nobody has actively worked on this branch for years, despite claims from
a number of individuals to the contrary.

until someone or a group of someones step up to spend time ensuring that
this project continues to function, I cannot recommend that anyone
tries to use it, as unmaintained code is not guaranteed to work as expected.

I've tested this today and done some backports which seem to fix startup issues,
but this should not be taken as a sign that I am returning to actively develop here
or that anything built from this branch can/should be used for an everyday desktop

Force to free e dbus connection

Summary:
Do not use free function of dbus library. Sometimes free function will not be called.
I don't know the reason exactly but edbus perform it asynchronously. so it can be called after edbus shutdown already. That can cause some problem.
