* Gave up fighting the fascist version control
munging on snapcraft.io. Duplicity now has the
form 0.8.10.1558, where the last number is the
bzr revno. Can't do something nice like having
a dev/fin indicator like 0.8.10dev1558 for dev
versions and a fin for release or final.
* Enhance setup.py/cfg to allow install by pip.
* Adjust Dockerfiles to new requirements.
* Fixed bug #1861287 - Removing old backup chains
fails using pexpect+sftp
* Reworked setup.py to build a pip-compatible
distribution tarball of duplicity.
