--- dtest.cpp: added test run timer, DTest::runTime() returns time in
milliseconds. All export functions embed run time in their output.
--- dtestsuite.cpp: progress bar added. It shows estimated time for current
test to run. Timers and slots added as required.
--- runTime(), saveRunTime(), loadRunTime() tests added to testdtest
