  + Switch to debhelper version 5 (+cdbs).
  + Add Homepage field.

* debian/copyright:
   + Convert to UTF-8 (lintian).
   + Update to upstream license changes (translation into English pending).
   + Add note that this package is not officially part of Debian GNU/Linux
     as per the Debian policy (as of 3.8.0).
* debian/selfhtml.doc-base: Convert to UTF-8 (lintian).
