* Fix missing words and typos in README.source and repharse it a bit.
* Set Rules-Requires-Root to "no".
* Fix building twice in a row by running "make lclean" instead of
  "dh_auto_clean".
* Add a README.Debian with a compact explanation how to get ipt_NETFLOW
  up and running.
* Declare compliance with Debian Policy 4.1.4. (No changes necessary.)
* Fix typos in debian/upstream/metadata. Thanks DUCK!
* Fix (upstream :-) typos in irqtop man page and package description.
