* Drop README.source and build dependency on quilt. Source format 3.0 uses
  quilt by default.

* debian/control:
  - Maintain tofrodos in a Git repository. Change VCS-fields accordingly.
  - Drop Conflicts field in debian/control. It is obsolete.
