Corrected the issue that vzeventd is not enabled as an init script
by default. Closes: #610891.

Reverted patch from Sebastian Klamar <bug.vzctl@sebastian.klamar.name>
as the fix caused data overwriting during startup. It was the intention
but that is not a good thing. Reopens: #500862.
