* Created the symbols file. The debian/libvisual-0.4-0.shlibs file was
    removed.
* debian/control:
    - Added the Vcs-* fields.
    - Bumped Standards-Version to 3.9.6.
    - Changing the libvisual-0.4-plugins from Recommends to Suggests field
      in libvisual-0.4-0 binary. (Closes: #768428)
    - Rearranged the short and long descriptions.
    - Removed the no longer needed Replaces field from libvisual-0.4-dev
      binary.
