* New upstream release.
* Switch repacked source to xz compression.
* Add dependency on libmpfr-dev for the new multiple precision floating-point
  functionality.

add 25_free_wstr-and-multiple-frees.dpatch: brought in some changes from
current CVS, to resolve an issue with multiple frees (Closes: 418790).
