Thanks!!! This fix worked!!! (at least for me anyway)

This helps show out a smaller bug: Text from a 'scale', 'Highlighted window only' mouse over doesn't go away when mouse is no longer over window.
'ccsm' program->'Utility' section->'Scale Addons' plugin->'Appearance' tab->'Window Title' section->'Window Title Display' option list->'Highlighted window only' option.
(without this fix there wouldn't really be an option to show text at all, so this fix a great improvement even with this bug)
