Neil, i'm fine with product_serial containing 'brightbox'.
Given the fact that Google and Openstack and others use the product_name as shown above, it feels like puppet and rhel must have other ways of determining this. But I respect your interest in not breaking anything.

I'll add a check for brightbox today.
