Hi Corey,

I updated cinder-volume (and all dependent packages) to 2:13.0.5-0ubuntu1~cloud2 from cloud-archive:rocky-proposed PPA. However creating the image from volume still using download/convert/upload mechanism in /var/lib/cinder/conversion of Cinder controller. I was using the following command:
openstack image create --volume

FYI, upgrading glance-store-common to 0.26.1-0ubuntu2.2~cloud0 helped with creating image from volume - it uses Ceph COW now.
