I think either way, we would want a patch in glance as well, if it is using the fsid from ceph.

Looking through the code, I found that such a change has already been made:

to fix this glance store bug:

This fix was released in glance_store 0.28.0.

Edward, is your local deployment using at least glance_store 0.28.0?
