notifier value on icehouse spams itself with unable to connect to rabbitmq via localhost. It's possible that the rabbitmq relation is broken too since that's not included in the conf. But this works around the issue and fixes glance image-creates.

If Ceph is used as backend for Glance, setting

show_image_direct_url = True

will allow Cinder, if also using Ceph as backend, to use Ceph
copy-on-write when creating a volume from an image. This provides
a very significant speedup.

Use standard ConfigParser for updating configs.

Use python standard ConfigParser for updating configs now that all
OS projects have standardized on a config format. Replaces the
use of sed, which is hard to support across versions. Use the same
set_or_update() to set keystone paste_deploy flavor now.
