I see Jelmer has a branch that looks like it fixes this bug by adding
support in bzr core for backslashes in filenames. Could someone
explain to me the drawbacks of supporting backslashes in filenames? I
don't understand why we haven't already merged this branch into trunk
several years ago aside from the fact no one has yet proposed a merge.
