Volume keys on Mitac Mio N890 netbook dont release

Volume keys on Mitac Mio N890 affected by this https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/udev/+bug/565459 but this model not in udev rule.
Patch with configuration that works for me in attachment.
