Remove all the Mixins for facade tests

Bug Description

When migrating to Apt, a bunch of mixin test classes were created, to ensure that the same tests passed for both Smart and Apt. Now that Smart is gone, those mixins only makes the tests harder to read, so they should get removed and folded into the main tests cases.

Verified for lucid, natty, oneiric and precise. Tests are not shipped in the package.
