Bug Description

The test lp.services.config.tests.test_config.TestLaunchpadConfig.test_iter intermittently fails when run in a parallel test environment as seen at http://ubuntuone.com/5bh7zSW1m4JSPBGXjdrBSW

I could not duplicate this with the worker list that I generated from the associated subunit file (see https://dev.launchpad.net/ParallelTests/ResultsLog for subunit files). It appears to be unrelated to test ordering.

Because of bug 989289, disregard my comment #1: I have not eliminated the possibility of test ordering.

I can reliably reproduce this error in a Lucid LXC container with ./bin/test --load-list tests.txt if tests.txt contains these two tests:

lp.testing.tests.test_pgsql.TestPgTestSetup.test_db_naming_stored_in_BaseLayer_configs
lp.services.config.tests.test_config.TestLaunchpadConfig.test_iter

(The test passes by itself.)
