Javascript under /static/horizon isn't served

Bug Description

Similar to Bug #980787

When I browse the horizon page, my web browser gets 404 errors on all the files under /static/horizon - including some js required for functionality.
Adding the line:

Alias /static/horizon /usr/share/pyshared/horizon/static/horizon

to /etc/apache2/conf.d/openstack-dashboard.conf
fixes the issue.

A few additional notes: I'm running openstack-dashboard 2012.1-0ubuntu5 on Precise, with the openstack-ppa/latest-milestone-test ppa enabled.

I can confirm this bug on Ubuntu Server 12.04 Beta 2 with latest updates.
