Bug Description

Downloading covers from gametdb.com (referrer=wiiboxart.com) you get a fake image ("Mario Pasta").

After upgraded to version 1.26 r507, to use new gametdb URLs, you have to set covers to defaults:

Preferences -> Cover > Default (covers and art-work)
