Bug Description

Some applications use CSS for the notifications, and Pantheon Notify displays it as plain text. Here's a screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/isjJ2.png

That's not CSS, that's HTML <font> tag which has been deprecated for over a decade.

This program apparently uses pango markup. According to the specification <span> isn't supported, but I think we can still implement it. http://people.gnome.org/~mccann/docs/notification-spec/notification-spec-latest.html#markup

I removed pantheon-notify's own markup declarations and separated title and body labels so they will be harder to break. This message should appear fine now.
