Bug Description

Looking at line 67 of http://pastebin.ubuntu.com/939025/ , you can see that there is a zope:layer tag entered globally in the stream. These should only be local to each test.

This only happens when you run the test with others. The following shows the contents of the file used for the run shown above: http://pastebin.ubuntu.com/939028/ . On the other hand, this shows that the test run in isolation does not have the problem. http://pastebin.ubuntu.com/939026/

Actually, gmb and frankban showed me that lines 67-70 are duplicates (including the exact time stamp) of lines 61-64, and that this (including the exact time stamp match between those two areas of the output) is reliably repeatable.
