Bug Description

The radius delta values between geis events should be a ratio. The delta is currently the arithmetic difference in magnitude, which does not mesh well with the current radius value being a ratio of the current radius to the original radius.

I have verified that the radius delta values are in ratios instead of absolute coordinates in libutouch-geis1_2.2.9-0ubuntu3 in precise-proposed.
