Bug Description

After installation on omap4, /etc/fstab has a warning that it is still unconfigured even though the system is infact configured. In addition, the options are set considerably different that they are compared to netboot installation.

Preinstalled fstab:

# UNCONFIGURED FSTAB FOR BASE SYSTEM
proc /proc proc defaults 0 0
UUID=6fcaf36f-a4fd-447b-a0fa-c04d83700e5c / ext4 defaults,noatime,errors=remount-ro 0 1
/SWAP.swap none swap sw 0 0

fstab on a netboot installed image:

ubuntu@panda6:~$ cat /etc/fstab
# /etc/fstab: static file system information.
#
# Use 'blkid' to print the universally unique identifier for a
# device; this may be used with UUID= as a more robust way to name devices
# that works even if disks are added and removed. See fstab(5).
#
# <file system> <mount point> <type> <options> <dump> <pass>
proc /proc proc nodev,noexec,nosuid 0 0
# / was on /dev/sda1 during installation
UUID=8c563f8f-b981-4b91-8189-a51483f3f66b / ext4 errors=remount-ro 0 1
# swap was on /dev/sda5 during installation
UUID=586d2b48-0479-4128-88a4-aafe176c6c46 none swap sw 0 0

Was there some kind of refactoring on the preinstalled images recently? AFAIK oem-config has never dealt with /etc/fstab at all.

This bug was fixed in the package jasper-initramfs - 0.69

---------------
jasper-initramfs (0.69) precise; urgency=low

  * Change default /proc mount options to mirror what's used by
    other installers, and tidy up header as well (LP: #985309)
