Bug Description

When I start the ubuntuone-control-panel-qt with the -testability argument I can use testability driver to test the GUI. However, on the wizard login/sign up, SSO is not started with that argument so it is not recognized by testability driver and can't be automated.

See bug #938102, that added support for qt arguments to the control panel. Those argument should be passed to SSO too.

I will make sso read an environment variable and set the -testabilty option for itself. You will still need to pass it to control panel, though, unless I do a similar patch for it.
