Bug Description
The list should somehow be preserved on the client since it is not possible to get the information about the date file published from the server.
Alternatively, the list may be sorted according to the mtime of the files and the files that don't exist locally will be skipped, this will cause an elevated disk usage on startup though, however for the majority of people this will not take a lot (under a second) since there will be fewer than 100 files published.
