LiveCD build process violates policy

Before the LiveCD can be built in the data center, the build script for it must
be modified to:
1) work inside of a chroot (the current script fails to umount
/tmp/libmorp../proc, which breaks the build)
2) explicitly invoke root privileges when needed (e.g., sudo debootstrap ...),
rather than just assuming that it is run as root.
3) probably should pass a security review as well.
