Bug Description

2012.1~rc1-0ubuntu4

appears to be built wrong. Not sure if some package name changes are causing problems or something else.

Dan Wendlandt reports a missing quantum-server binary from the quantum-server package.

Grabbing the source for that package (the quantum source) I see several strange things:
no quantum-server is being built (that I can see in any of the packages)
the quantum-server.upstart file is misnamed quantum-server.usptart
