Synaptic doesn't show installed files list for some packages

Bug Description

Precise 12.04 Xubuntu
Synaptic 0.75.6
Kernel 3.2.0-19-generic

Some packages show "The list of installed files is only available for installed packages" in the Installed Files tab of the Properties window, even though they are installed.

There are several examples of this including:

dconf-gsettings-backend
e2fslibs
gcc-4.6-base
glib-networking

Attached screenshot shows the badness.
