MyUnity creating multiple quicklist entry duplicates executable option

Bug Description

Scenario:

open dconf-editor

Lock icon to launcher.

Launch MyUnity and click on quicklist option

Click on dconf-editor

create a new option "test" and "testexe" - click save.

Click on dconf-editor

Create another new option "test2" and "testexe2" - click save

Click on dconf-editor

Highlight the two new options - both options show "textexe2"

Although upstream released a bugfix, it's not yet into archive (will be deployed ASAP), hence I'm reverting back the status and reopening the bug.
