[UIFe] [Checkbox Qt] The welcome tab is confusing a lot of users

+1 from the translations team. The welcome tab was not set up for translations anyway, so no previously done translations will be lost, either.

Seems fine to me.

This bug was fixed in the package checkbox - 0.13.5
