Bug Description
This bug affects only gnome-fallback sessions
Show desktop and tasklist have light backgrounds, they should be dark like the rest of the panel.
Font colour in main menu panel menus is grey, not white.

Also, it can't be merged as is because it conflicts with recent Jeremy's changes (for example, "-PanelMenuBar-
