Bug Description

Downloaded current iso image for Ubuntustudio (precise-dvd-amd64.iso 10-Mar-2012 18:38) from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntustudio/dvd/current/

Installed in Virtualbox VM.

Installer had at least 3 screens with unreadable information (color scheme?).

This is almost certainly because ubiquity-dm doesn't doing sufficient session setup for Ubuntu Studio, so things like your GTK theme (not to mention background image) probably aren't getting set properly. Somebody who understands Xfce's session handling reasonably well could probably tackle this; unfortunately, that somebody is not me! We'd take a patch, though.

The way that we fixed this for Mythbuntu (another XFCE based install) was to set up the theme from casper:

I have now added a similar file to xubuntu-live-settings, so should be fixed as soon as this update crawls into the images.
