Bug Description
When bash-promt is installed and configured through /etc/default/
It should be done automatically by dpkg-reconfigure bash-prompt or by root.
It needs bash script to comment or to uncomment settings for PS1 in users' .bashrc file. Script should do this work for user groups.

Default actions should be:
1 read bash-prompt config file
2 enable/disable PS1/PROMPT_COMMAND for given user/group or all
User can disable bash-prompt at all. It should be done by sysconfig/ bash-prompt ON/OFF flag
