The path for the SVG file trophy-
According to the log, Ubuntu Accomplishment System try to load the file from $HOME/ubuntu-

Just a quick note (and thanks for assigning the bug to yourself, Anders!), but if I recall correctly that icon file is no longer required in the app as the accomplishments sets (e.g. lp:ubuntu-community-accomplishments) are supposed to ship with their own icons.
The only situation that icon may be needed is if I added support for displaying it when another icon is missing.
