Bug Description

When listing bugs, the table fails to use the full width of the browser

When listing bugs, the table fails to use the full width of the browser. This results in ugly multi-line entries in the table where were the table to grow to the width of the page, it would be able to render significantly more neatly.

I've taken a big step forward here with the new bug contacts reports, and plan to gradually propogate this look and feel to the existing bug listings.

The bug listing now has a two-column layout, which is likely as much screen real estate as it'll ever use.

No. Compare the listings in Launchpad with those in Google Code Hosting, for example. The latter can display more columns because it uses the full page width.

mpt, is it realistic to think we will change this to a one-column layout anytime soon?

If it's not realistic to think that will happen anytime in the next few months, I'm inclined to close this report.
