[breadcrumb] the path is not correct when selecting a panel directly

Bug Description
Using gnome-control-
If you open directly a panel (i.e call one of the panels from an indicator), the breadcrumb displays "all settings" but not the panel name next to it
testcase:
- open the session indicator
- select display
- the control-center open on the display panel but the bar is not correct
