Synchronize with localechooser changes regarding Finnish and Belarusian

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gfxboot-theme-ubuntu

Please change langnames.inc to reflect changes in the recent localechooser version, to display language names correctly. My main concern is Finnish, which changed in localechooser 1.37, but also noticed that Belarusian (be_BY) change was noted in the 1.35 entry too. I checked that indeed localechooser 1.20 had Беларускі, and it's now Беларуская. The Finnish translation change was handled in bug 89904 (and because of that the merge with Debian to 1.37 was done).

I'll do this now, but the correct approach is to use scrape-localechooser rather than to update this by hand.

gfxboot-theme-ubuntu (0.3.3) feisty; urgency=low

  * Update language names from localechooser 1.37ubuntu1, adding Gujarati
    and Malayalam, removing Icelandic, Irish, Kazakh, Malagasy, Persian,
    Welsh, and Xhosa, and updating localised names for Belarusian and
    Finnish (LP: #93233).
  * Fetch keymaps from /usr/share/console-setup/KeyboardNames.pl rather than
    from a console-setup source tree.
  * Update keymaps from console-setup 1.13ubuntu9, adding Congo, Iraq,
    Korea, Nepal, and Nigeria, and updating several others.
