Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnomad2

We are quite behind upstream with this one. Gnomad 2.8.11 builds and installs cleanly and works without errors without breaking other packages, however I'm not experienced and cannot provide pbuilder logs.

I would like this to go through, because I believe that there were many improvements to Gnomad2 during 2.8.8-2.8.11 that are very welcome. It works faster and smoother and is less prone to producing errors. Definitely matured.

I shall provide a diffstat of the upstream tarballs and a diff of the Upstream ChangeLog.

One more thing, gnomad2 should depend on libmtp5 now, as it build-depends on libmtp-dev.

while the diffstat and changelog look okay to me, could you please attach your buildlog?

I know one needs to use pbuilder, but I've no idea how to use it. Instead, what I did was this:

./configure > buildlog && make >> buildlog

I hope it's enough. It builds fine.
