Bug Description

the compiz enhanced zoom and show mouse plugins depend on the mouse position polling plugin. This has a default setting of 40ms which is rather jerky, having discussed with compiz developers it seems that there is now no performance impact of setting this to 1ms now because of the change to the compiz mainloop
