Bug Description

Quote from smspillaz:
"I also plan to do things like ... and dropping the individual plugin repos and having a single plugins-main and plugins-extra. (the only reason compiz-foo-plugin ever existed was because of the attempt to keep git and launchpad in sync"

Though, since all plugin fixes have only been applied to lp:compiz-*-plugin for a while, this probably shouldn't be a merge. Rather, lp:compiz-*-plugin should overwrite the older code in lp:compiz-plugins-main / lp:compiz-plugins-extra.

I'll add here that it probably just makes more sense to drop c-p-m and c-p-e and have a compiz-plugins with all the plugins.

Agreed on a unified "compiz-plugins". But for now we should keep "main" and "extra" separate so as to not confuse or break ubuntu packaging for precise. Merge the two into a single package after precise?...

Hmm, it looks like Sam might have done this already in compiz-plugins-main while the status is still New. Checking...

Sam; any chance we can freeze/lock/hide/whatever the lp:compiz-*-plugin projects for the main plugins?
