The text in the table rows is smaller than it should be, and it's hard to read.

What browser and version are you using, and can we please get a
screenshot of the fault?

Firefox and Chrome, it's the same thing.

In the attached screenshot I've highlighted an inherited CSS rule that when it is deactivated, text gets normal.

The template is using the 'discreet' css class, which was often misused. There are a few choices:
A. Remove it from this specific template.
B. Remove it from all templates except from batch navigation.
C. Remove it from all templates and from the CSS.

(A) is the right choice here, but generally the queue page is an abomination and needs a total redesign. Search for all the bugs tagged "queue-page".

There are other offending CSS classes in this file. Specifically, "lesser" is used. I can fix this in another round.
